I am a content specialist with more than 20 years of experience writing and editing for both digital and print publications. My two passions in life are writing and music and I’ve spent much of that time combining the two in both full-time and freelance capacities. Over the years, I’ve interviewed artists ranging from John Lydon (a.k.a. Johnny Rotten) to The Last Poets to Death Cab for Cutie while contributing features and reviews to such publications as The Village Voice, The Big Takeover, Paste, among others. I have also published my own webzine, The Agit Reader, for the last decade, writing a good portion of the site’s content while overseeing the work of a roster of writers.
In recent years, I’ve applied my writing skills to covering internet retail and creating commerce content, working as Senior Features Writer for DealNews and U.S. Deals Editor for TechRadar. This past year, I completed an MA in Digital Media to expand my expertise in the digital realm by exploring new forms of media and digital storytelling. I currently contribute consumer tech features to Popular Mechanics and The Usage on a freelance basis while working full-time as Content Designer for the Bose Corporation.
